Should have posted this much earlier. Apologies; I was distracted.

I started out with a roux fully intending to make a chicken pot pie. How I ended up with this is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Chicken breast, cream sauce with white wine, red pepper and vidalia, garlic, some fresh herbs I’m managing to keep alive over the winter, cracked pepper etc etc etc and steamed broccoli. Glass of Sauvignon Blanc.

Was yum.

 

Thin spaghetti with arribbiata sauce and sweet Italian sausage. Very yummy!

 

Rigatoni with meat sauce. Winter has definitely arrived and I think it's gonna be warm comfort food for quite awhile.

 

So far all I've eaten is 4 cookies. I was just gonna roll with that, but all this good-looking pasta is kinda breaking me.

 

Lunch leftovers, creamy mac n cheese with breaded chicken bites! Mmm..

 

I’d have caught a stern talking-to if I only ate cookies all day, so.

Potstickers over udon noodles.

Soy/honey/garlic/sesame oil in the sauce.

Leftover frozen pizza, gag me with a spoon it was terrible! I see a big helping of ice cream in my future.

Chicken stew. I made a huge pot awhile ago and have been thawing batches then boiling fresh noodles in it.

 

Not my pictures - I ate/put away my leftovers before taking pictures.

I had Thai spring rolls and khao poon. Oddly enough, the khao poon is made with chicken.

 

I had a ham and egg sandwich. Shot sucked like last night so not posting it. I dunno what’s going on with my camera.

 

Tonight was salmon in the air fryer, seasoned with lemon pepper. Baked sweet potato with butter and a little brown sugar. I also had buttered corn to offset the healthy salmon.

 

The chef is sick, so I have taken over the kitchen. I can tell it's driving him nuts, because he keeps coming by to see what damage I've done to "his" kitchen. Hahahahaha!
Tonight I heated up some Chicken Tortilla soup from the deli.

Going for a works lunch today. We're having a traditional Christmas dinner down the pub. It'd be so nice if I didn't hate these cunts.

 

Last night was provolone sticks, burgers, and fries at the corner bar.

Tonight was pot roast with carrots and potatoes cooking in the crock pot all day.
