This gorgeous three-acre spread located in East Hampton listed at $13.9 million -- down from the original $17.5 million price -- just sold, according to Curbed.
It's unclear what the final sale price was or who bought the six-bedroom cottage that once belonged to the late Alan Slifka -- an investor, philanthropist and founding chairman of The Big Apple Circus.
Back in the early 80s, Slifka started his namesake investment management firm with $50 million, which is now known as Halcyon Asset Management, which has more than $10 billion AUM, according to the NYTimes. Slifka passed away in February of 2011.
Known as the Georgica Estate, this place is certainly a summer dream home and we're going to take a tour. The listing was by real estate company Saunders.
Here's the driveway to the home. There's also a garage.
